Yes. All items sold by Antonio & Co. are 100% authentic pre-loved luxury products. Each item is carefully inspected and sourced to ensure authenticity and quality. We do not sell imitation or counterfeit products.
How do I find a product?
You can browse our collections by category or use the search feature to find specific luxury bags and accessories. You may also filter products based on brand, style, or availability.
Can I save products to my wishlist?
Yes. You may save your favorite items to your wishlist for easy access later. Please note that adding an item to your wishlist does not reserve or guarantee availability.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is updated regularly on our website. If an item is marked sold out, it is currently unavailable. Since we specialize in pre-loved luxury items, most products are one-of-a-kind and limited in stock.
Can I purchase products as a guest?
Yes. You may checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows for a faster checkout experience and easier order tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards and other payment options available at checkout. Payment methods may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer installment or layaway?
Yes. We offer layaway plans for selected items with a 40% down payment and the remaining balance payable within 2 months. Terms and conditions apply.

Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. If you have a valid promo or coupon code, you may enter it during checkout. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

Order Returns
What is your return policy?
At Antonio & Co., all sales are final. Due to the unique nature of our pre-loved luxury items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition details carefully before purchase.
How do I return an item?
We currently do not accept returns for pre-loved items. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions or request additional photos before purchasing.
Who pays for the return shipping?
As we do not accept returns or exchanges, return shipping is not applicable. In the rare case of an approved issue (wrong item received), Antonio & Co. will provide instructions accordingly.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges on any pre-loved luxury bags or accessories. Every item is unique and sold on an as-is basis.
